Pumpkin Spice Cake & Peanut Butter Bars

You will want seconds and thirds of each of these!!!

Pumpkin Spice Cake
2 Spice cake mixes
1 large can pumpkin
Mix together. Lightly spray 9 x 13 pan with oil/non-stick spray. Bake at 350* for 23 minutes. You can top with a cream cheese frosting or top with a scoop of ice cream.
I used a jelly roll pan and spread the batter out to the edges. Same oven temp and time. You will have more servings but the cake is so sweet that a smaller piece works, especially if it is frosted.

Peanut Butter Bars  or AKA = Homemade Peanut Butter Cups
1 cup peanut butter - chunky is good!
1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup melted margarine/butter
3/4 pounds powdered sugar
Mix together and press into 9 x 13 pan. Melt 2 cups chocolate chips and spread on top. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into small squares as these are very sweet.
